Seek provides customers the choice of two standard maintenance
contracts. We can also customize our maintenance contract to meet your
needs.
For Non-Contract Service
Phone support is available at no charge during normal business
hours.
After-hours support or onsite service is provided on a "best
effort" basis for an additional fee.
Defective parts that are outside the initial 30 day advanced
replacement warranty but still covered under standard warranty must be returned
to Seek Systems, Inc. for repair.
